• We normally will ship within in 24 business hours of receipt of payment. Our current shipping days are Monday - Friday. We ship using Fedex but reserve the right to ship using an alternate company.
• We cannot currently ship to PO Boxes, please provide a street address.
• Shipping is quoted for the zones listed under shipping rates, all others please e-mail us for a quote.

• To qualify for combined shipping items must be paid for at the same time in one transaction using our checkout link

• Canadian / International bidders are responsible for customs duties.
• We use Fedex International Economy for International shipments (except Canada USPS). The brokerage fee IS included but customs duties and taxes are still the bidders responsibility
• Combined shipping - you pay the highest shipping fee and half any additional shipping fees. No need to email for the discount, just checkout when all items you are bidding on have closed

• Fedex International Economy 2-5 days (brokerage included)
• We are sorry but we cannot ship items using USPS Air (except Canada) or USPS Surface and cannot mark items as gifts

• The item must be returned in all the original packaging, including cartons, boxes.
• All returns must be boxed and packed securely for shipping. Each box must be accompanied with a return authorization (RA) number.
• Please place the RA number given to you by Closeoutlinen, on two sides of the carton being returned. All returns that do not have RA numbers on them will not be accepted.
• Refunds are within 7 days from the day the customer received the original item.
• Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable.

• We may except returns that do not qualify under our return policy. These returns will only be accepted at our discretion and a restocking fee may apply

• Because of the large amount of auctions we host each week, we leave our feedback in large batches.
• Please take a moment to leave us positive feedback and we will do the same for you.
• Any customer that leaves negative/neutral feedback without giving us the opportunity to resolve a problem will receive negative feedback.
