Buyer agrees to comply with carrier requests concerning any covered damage to items, if not buyer accepts goods as is. This means holding package for inspector to pickup, providing phone number, etc. All covered damages MUST be reported within ten (10) days of ship date, otherwise claim is void. All claims must be filed by Seller.

If it becomes necessary to accept a return for any reason other than defect or damage,

Any and All returns, claims etc. have a time limit as noted above.
For any return other than defect or damage claim, please note the following:

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returns MUST BE insured by shipper for the return
and any damage claims on a return are to be handled
by the shipper (in this case the buyer.)

Any refunds made for reasons OTHER THAN DEFECT or COVERED DAMAGE CLAIM
will be LESS ship charges and LESS restocking fee.

Any returns must be in original box and packaging,
unused and completely wrapped as originally sent
with all original carton and packing materials.
Items originally sealed must remain sealed.
In other words, returns for reasons OTHER than claims or defects
must be shelf ready as originally stocked on OUR shelves.
Otherwise, no refund will be made
and buyer will need to arrange reshipment of item.
